[Ingredients]
• 500g Soybean sprouts
• Green onions
• Seasoned salt (to taste)
• 1 tbsp Perilla oil (or Sesame oil)
• 1 tbsp Tuna fish sauce
[Instructions]
1. Wash the sprouts in running water.
2. Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes (Keep the lid OPEN!).
3. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the excess moisture.
4. Chop the green onions.
5. In a bowl, mix sprouts, green onions, seasoned salt, sesame oil, and tuna sauce.
6. Adjust salt to your preference and enjoy.
