Colocasia leaves are rich sources of carbohydrates, proteins and minerals. They also contain iron, copper, magnesium, potassium and zinc. They are sometimes called Taro leaves as well.
Ingredients (Serves 10-15)
Tere Paan (Colocasia Leaves) - 30-40 Leaves
Narlel Tel (Coconut oil) - 1 Tbsp
Ambade (Indian Hog plums) - 3 no's
Losuna (Garlic) - 1 Big Pod
Ramnad Mirsang(Dry Ramnad Chilly) - 7-8 No's
Salt - As per taste
