In this video, I’m sharing my January monthly goals and reflecting on how my December goals went. I talk about why I set monthly goals instead of only New Year’s resolutions, and how breaking goals into intentional goals and more background goals helps me stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed.
This month’s goals focus on family life, faith, creativity, health, consistency with YouTube and social media, and creating better rhythms at home. I also look back at December—what worked, what didn’t go as planned, and why effort still matters even when goals aren’t perfectly completed.
