Ingredients:
Puff pastry (yeast-free) – 500 g
Milk – 800 ml
Flour – 50 g
Sugar – 100 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Eggs – 2 pcs
Butter – 80 g
Preparation:
1️⃣ Make the custard cream: mix eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, then slowly add milk. Cook on low heat until thickened, then add butter. Chill under plastic wrap.
