The Hyundai Inster is the entry level EV from Hyundai. It is based on the Casper, Hyundai's smallest car. But don't think that the Inster is a retrofitted Casper with an electric motor and battery pack. No, Hyundai completely re-engineered the Casper to create the Inster and it shows. Not only does it have a surprisingly roomy interior, the ride and handlding are also impressive, as you'll see in this review.
