How to make fresh Homemade Plantain and Cassava FUFU Powder/ Flour

Fufu is a very popular dish known widely to West Africans, and the preparation differs from country to county, and region to region. Fufu is eaten with a multitude of soups ranging from light soup, palmnut soup, ebunuebunu, groundnut or peanut soup, just to mention a few.

INGREDIENTS:
Plantain
Cassava
Potatoes

For fufu powder, use the following ratio: 3 parts of plantain flour to 2 parts of cassava flour to one part of potato flour.

For stove top fufu, use 2 parts of home made fufu flour to 4 parts of water. Add more water to obtain your desired texture, that is softness or firmness.
