Lectric XpLite2 eBike DIY Upgrade To Suspension Fork

Upgrade your Lectric XpLite Model 2 eBike (chain or belt drive version) to a suspension fork yourself, all for around $150. This video not only provides all steps, but a list of five items you need to purchase for it. The only tool you many not have in your garage is a pipe cutter for the 1-1/8" diameter steel tube on the new fork (hint: a hack saw will work, but make sure to make a straight cut). Estimated time for the project 2-4 hours with moderate skill using hand tools.

Once installed, it should change the ride of your eBike.

BTW, I did an XpLite1.0 two years ago without any problems.
