I finally got around to replacing the splinter guard on my old (15 yr+) Makita track saw guide rails. Removing the old splinter guard wasn't as easy as I have seen in other videos so I tried a few different methods to get the old one removed and cleaned up. TLDR, 99.9 Isopropyl Alcohol is the ticket.
