BEST ANATOMY BOOKS FOR ARTISTS?💪Frederic Delavier Strength training & womens anatomy books reference

Frédéric Delavier Strengh Training Anatomy ~ Delaviers Mixed Martian Arts ~ Womens Strength Training Anatomy book previews. We have all seen these books come up from time to time online, they are very popular amongst bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts, but does that make them suitable for artists learning anatomy?
I was always aware of these books, and I remember they were listed on Stan Prokopenkos (Proko!) website under the recommended art book list. I eventually purchased an old beat up copy dirt cheap after putting it off for a while, and wow! These are fantastic reference books for anyone learning anatomy, not to mention if it's Proko recommended, then you know you can trust it!

As well as the main Strength Training Anatomy book, there are many others in the series such as the womens strength training anatomy book and the mixed martial arts book. So I decided I would pick these up and show them all on video. The Martial Arts one was rubbish from an artists perspective, it was not at all like I expected from the cover - I was hoping it was going to be full of these kind of action poses with detailed anatomy from different angles, unfortunately I was wrong!

The Womens training anatomy one however is great, especially if you focus more on drawing women ( pin up artists etc ) But the first book is definitely a great one to pick up. I have also picked up the stretching anatomy book and a few others since this, so if you guys are interested or this video becomes popular then I think I will show those on camera too. What do you think to these ones guys?
