Let me be clear

Anything can do anything

And if I can whittle this down for us... at least we can say that neurologist have mapped the pathways that integrate and process emotional/mental experiences and further traced the connection between these experiences and parts of the physical body

mainly connections within the sympathetic nervous system

We know that emotional trauma has a physical basis in the brain and is also integrated with the physical body

This is a 2 way road with the obvious counter example of someone being afraid of a previous physical experience that was unpleasant

As for "storing trauma in the hips"

we'll have to temporarily vacate this three dimensional realm of recorded anatomical functions or even plausible hypothetical theories

bc the answer exists in the holographic realm

Where every fractional piece of reality contains the information to recreate the reality at large

Kind of like how each cell in the body has a copy of your DNA. All we need is one cell to make another copy of you

Many healers, seers, shamans, or just people... who work in subtle energetic realms... or basically anywhere besides 3-dimensional physical space... have made assertations to connect body parts with other parts of the hologram

The hips... depending on who you read... store trauma and unprocessed information in respect to your parents. Right for dad and left for mom

And in today's prescription description I digress on how this came to be part of my experience

It was an average winter day

I woke up in a warm bed with 2 perfect breathing child life beings nestled into me like some bears hibernating

Emerging from the blankets, arms, legs and baby nose snores like a snake I slithered onto the yoga alter, as I have done everyday for 12 years

I began asana

Soon into the practice my right hip cracked unlike anything I've ever heard from my own body

"Dad?"

I remember how thick each moment felt... and the asana/ my breath/ the earth's rotational forces all slowed down to a psychedelic pace

A few moments later, my phone rang with my mom on the caller ID

I froze

And I knew

My Dad was going to die

...

I gathered my scattered breaths and sent a love wave through the cosmos

Calling my mom back within a few moments, she gave me the news

Dad was headed to the hospital... where he would live out his last 2 days on this planet

Since then my dad has appeared to me in 3 different dreams

He's different over there, but not that much different LOL

So can trauma be stored in the hips?

Yes, this is holographic consciousness...

However patterns have emerged

The lineage of our ancestors have shown us the way

And the only Posen that can detract us from their wisdom

is disbelief in the sacred

Remember that holographically, both sides exists

Science and Spirit

Pursue Science Vigorously with the objective to achieve perfect questions

And then surrender into the depth of an appreciative heart

Does that make sense?

Do dome yoga, open those hips, pull the shoulders back and drink a ton of water... moderate your addictive behaviors and see what shows up for you to process
