Chocolate Mojacko Doughnuts
This doughnut is similar to the famous Choco Lanay donuts in Cebu. It is a very chocolatey doughnut that surely you will ask for more! The recipe is so simple and you can make it at home. The ingredients are very easy to find and affordable.
Filling:
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp coffee powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp margarine

Doughnut:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup evaporated milk(+1 tbsp)
1 egg
1/3 cup melted margarine

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp milk(more if preferred)

Coating:
1/2 cup powdered milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 cup white sugar
