Ingredients:
all purpose flour 375 grams ( 3 cups) + extra for dusting
sugar 45 grams (3 tbsp)
salt 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
instant yeast 8 grams ( 2 1/4 tsp)
powder milk ( 2 1/2 tbsp)
yolks 2 small.(34 grams)
warm milk 90 ml (90 grams)
warm water ( 130 to 150 ml) grams
butter 60 grams ( 4 tbsp) unsalted softened
Note: If the dough is too wet you can add 1 to 2 tbsp flour.
If too dry add 1 to 2 tbsp liquid. milk or water.
■Peanut butter glaze:■
peanut butter 1 tbsp
melted butter 2 tbsp
powder sugar 200 grams / 2 cups
hot water or milk 45 ml or grams
Toppings
roasted peanuts 1 cup ( you can use anykind of nuts)
Note:
make sure when you fry the donut use enough of oil
to prevent burning the donut.
Fry on medium heat only.
If you are using thermometer you should reach 180°c.
Do not over proof the donut. 35 minutes is enough.
Let it cool before you dip into the glaze.
Use room temperature ingredients when i'ts winter.
Use cold ingredients when it's summer.
