Intense 21 Minute Tabata HIIT: Total Body With Dumbbells

Grab your dumbbells & get ready for 21 minutes of intense, sweaty, Tabata-fun!
We're doing 4 Blocks:
Each block is 4 minutes - 8 no-repeat exercises for 20 seconds each - with 10 seconds of rest in between.
Block 1. Strength & Power with no equipment needed
Block 2. Strength with dumbbells (2-8lbs)
Block 3. Cardio
Block 4. Abs on the floor
(Warm-Up & Cool Down also included)
This one is for everybody! During every high intensity exercise, I also give you a modified lower intensity version so this class will meet you where you are. If you've been working out regularly and are very well conditioned...perfect! These blocks will challenge you and leave you breathless & sweaty! If you're a bit less conditioned or just prefer less intensity...great! During each 20 second exercise look for the modification block in the upper left corner. It's a lower intensity & low impact option, but I promise you will still feel worked, burn a ton of calories, and feel worked from head to toe!
