20-Min Single Kettlebell AMRAP 🔥
One bell. Five moves. As many rounds as you can get.
The Workout (5–8 Rounds):
• 10 Two-Handed Swings
• 10 Goblet Squats
• 10 Two-Handed Overhead Press
• 5 Single-Arm Rows (each side)
• 10 Push-Ups
