Easy Red Velvet Cake Box Cookies!

Are you a little intimidated by even the thought of baking cookie? Have you tried and just can’t seem to get it right?
Nammy has the perfect solution, Cake Box Cookies!
These cookies are so quick and very easy. Believe me, you can do this and get it right the first try.
You will need: Oven at 350dgs
A cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
1 box of Cake Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of oil
In a large bowl mix together your eggs, salt and melted butter.
Add your cake mix to the egg mix, stir scraping the bowl until the wet and the dry a well incorporated.
Add 1/2 cups of white chocolate morsels.
After all of your ingredients are combined,
your cookie mix will be thick.
Place into the refrigerator for 20mins.
After the 20mins scoop the cookie mix (about 2 tablespoons) roll into balls, place parchment paper onto your cookie sheet and bake at 350degree oven and bake for 10-12mins and allow the cookies to cool a bit before moving them to a rack to cool.
