Welcome to a new series, Iyengar's Curative Asanas for Various Diseases!
Today we focus on migraine prevention and possible asana treatment, I kept the class as calm as possible, with 3 breathing exercises that will help you soothe your nervous system and regulate the pain response.
If you have a regular inversion practice, why don't you give it a try. It might just make all the difference!
I have kept the selection of postures and sequence to the original, with minor changes at most.
Please note this is not the way Iyengar Yoga is being taught usually, so see this more as a collaboration.
