10-Minute Abs & Core Burn – Epic Mediterranean Ruins Workout! 🔥🌊
I started diving at 16 and became a national champion at 18 — but my core wasn’t ready for the demands of high-level sport, and I struggled with severe back pain.
My Olympic doctor gave me a set of core and back exercises that changed everything. One day I competed in the Olympic Finals and got 4th at World Championships. For 35 years now, they’ve been part of my daily routine. That’s why in many abs & core workout I share, I also include back exercises — to keep the body balanced and pain-free.
I filmed this routine during a short family trip to Sardinia. Shortly after, my 89-year-old father had a sudden medical emergency. We left immediately and caught the very last ferry to Genoa — just one minute before closing. Moments like this remind me how precious health and family truly are.
