Identifying Your Encoder Type:
✔ If your motor has a 15-bit encoder, this is indicated by an "S" as the 4th character after the dash in the motor model number on the nameplate.

Step-by-Step Process to Reset the Absolute Encoder:
1️⃣ Power off the machine and disconnect the feedback connector from the motor.
2️⃣ Short the appropriate pins to reset the encoder positioning data:

Military connector removed from the motor encoder → Short R and S pins.
15-pin connector → Short pins 13 and 14.
12-pin connector → Short pins 9 and 12.
3️⃣ Hold the shorted connection for at least 2 minutes to ensure a proper reset.
4️⃣ Reconnect the feedback connector and power on the system.
5️⃣ If the alarm persists, repeat the procedure multiple times, as it may take a few attempts for a successful reset.
