I was diagnosed with psoriasis as a child but when I reached adulthood it really started to have a big impact in my life. I eventually started experimenting with different diets and lifestyle factors in an effort to manage my condition. In this video I am talking all about the different things I tried and what has eventually worked and finally the effect longterm topical steroid use had on my skin, including perifacial dermatitis. I hope this helps anyone out there also struggling with an autoimmune disease, chronic illness or a skin condition xx
