Craving for a fragrant , chewy and not oily homemade fried rice-noodle?
Feel free to watch my easy method on how to make it so that it is not soggy or broken. Please do not skip it in order not to miss any important step in the process of cooking.
Ingredients:
60g dried rice noodle
50 g cabbage
40 g carrot
1 tbsp dried shrimps
1 egg
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
1 seedless red chilli
15-20 ml cooking oil
Coated sauce :
15 ml light soya sauce
10 ml oyster sauce
10 ml sweet soy sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper powder
