It is like a restaurant dish at home! In-expensive with only some staples ingredients you have in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
250 g medium firm tofu
2 medium eggs
A clove of garlic
1/4 thumb size ginger
Some leftover paprika & red pepper
Some cauliflower (optional)
Some green onions or parsley
1-2 pcs of dried shiitake mushrooms
Some fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp oyster/mushroom sauce
Splash of soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
