學了處理雞爪,可以煲湯水,製作更多雞爪食譜~
買回來雞爪沖洗幾次,
刮去老皮或粗糙的部分,
鍋中加入幾片薑、酒,
冷水下鍋,水要蓋過雞爪,
大火煮,煮滾後繼續煮2至3分鐘,
撈走浮沫,之後沖洗乾淨,
剪去雞爪指甲,再沖洗一次,
就可以做下一個食譜啦 !

How to handle chicken feet?
Rinse the chicken feet several times
and scrape off the old skin or rough parts
Add few slices ginger and wine to the pot
Put in cold water
Cover with water and cook over high heat
Continue to cook for two to three minutes
Remove the foam
Then rinse with water
and rinse them clean
Cut off the chicken feet nails
and rinse again
You can then make the next recipe!
