1 杯中筋粉 (120g)
1 杯杏仁粉 (140g)
1/2 小勺小苏打
1/4 小勺盐
1包伯爵茶(3g)
1/2 杯剩酵种 (110g)
1/2 杯糖 (100g)
1/2 杯牛奶 (120g)
1/4 杯植物油 (55g)
1 个鸡蛋
1个柠檬皮
糖霜:
1/2 杯糖粉
1/3 个柠檬的汁
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Earl Grey Tea bag
1/2 cup sourdough discard
1/2 cup sugar (1cup if you like sweeter)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
zest of 1 lemon
glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar (50g)
juice of 1/3 lemon
bake at 375°F/190°C 22minutes or
400°F/200°C 16minutes
