20 Minute: Morning Full Body Mini Hatha Flow Sequence

This practice takes you through one sequence done in both sides that will help to open and awaken the full body. This is a great class first thing in the morning or any time throughout the day. Expect the tone of a hatha class with slower movements and postures done from the knees - no chaturangas or fast movements. We will also be changing orientation on the mat so expect to face forward and back.
Props needed
2 optional blocks
any cushion you might want under your knees
