EFFECTIVE HOME WORKOUT FOR BMX | No Equipment Needed
A little home bodyweight workout for Bike Riders.
Warm Up:
2 Rounds
Body Weight Squats x 10
Single Leg RDL's x 6 each leg
Down Dog to Prone x 10
Rest 90 seconds and complete again.
Main Session:
3-5 Rounds
Tuck Jumps x 6-8
Spiderman Push Ups x 6-8
Renegade Shoulder Tap x 6-8 each side
Rest 2 minutes before next round.
