Can you get a 10/10 on the sit-to-rise test?
Minus points if you:
*Drop a knee (-1)
*Drop a hand (-1)
*Need both hands to rise (-2)
*Need to use your knee to rise (-1)
Obviously, there are extremely healthy people who have limitations that keep them from a high score here, but on average, this is a good proxy for strength, mobility, and balance, and it correlates well with healthspan.
