In-car video from Carolina Motorsports Park in the Condor Spec E9x. This car is in full Spec E9x trim with the addition of 90 lbs of ballast and on 255/40-17 Kuhmo Ecsta V730 Street Tires. This was race 4 of 4, the last race of the day. Carlos Mendez started in P14. His goal for the race was to be consistent and to take advantage of any mistakes made by other drivers. The Condor prepared E90 struggled for grip in the sweepers (no aero) but was fast on the straights, and Mendez was able to make up 6 spots to a final finishing position of 8th. Not bad for a car that was not built for the series and a first-timer at CMP and GLTC.
