NOTE: Version 1.0.64 had a bug in it that made Joe's Dagger much stronger than it should have been, which allowed for this insane run. Ved (the developer) has since patched the bug in version 1.0.65, so it looks like runs will be back to around 800k+ runs with this update.
In 1.0.64, it also looked like there was a bug related to enemies not getting stunned by items like lightning between 18-21 minutes into overtime (for example, I get hit multiple times starting around 2:24:15), and it may be related to this bug or may be a bug related to surviving 50+ mins in the prior stage.
