Terrestrial LIDAR Scanning: QUIC-Fire Modeling of New Jersey Wildfire - Nick Skowronski

Dr. Nicholas Skowronski is a research forester with the Northern Research Station based in Morgantown, West Virginia. Nick began his career as a forester at Joint Base Dixon-McGuire-Lakehurst, where he served as the installation prescribed fire manager. His current research interests are focused on developing tools and techniques for the more efficient implementation and monitoring of prescribed fire. Nick is also the principal investigator of the North Atlantic Fire Science Exchange (NAFSE). NAFSE spans the northeast US and serves many state, local and private land management entities by providing science communications services.
