In this video I wanted to share my journey of trail running the Howe Sound Crest Trail.
This stretch of trail is not easy by any means. It has quite a bit of technical sections. If you are afraid of heights there are a few small sections after Thomas Peak that may be uncomfortable for you. Otherwise for those sections just take your time and watch your step, and don't rush it!
A lot of this trail can be slow moving for just how technical it is. This trail has some steep climbs at times, but you get rewarded with phenomenal views.
I wouldn't recommend this trail to anyone who is a beginner at hiking. It's definitely one of those higher intermediate / advanced hikes.
You will definitely feel it after this one! in my opinion, its well worth it.
