In this Surviving Voices Mini-Documentary, Martina Clark shares personal insights into decades of navigating the physical, social, and emotional challenges of living with HIV.
This interview is part of the National AIDS Memorial’s award-winning AIDS oral history and film series “Surviving Voices.” The tenth chapter honors HIV Lifetime and Long-Term Survivors - those who acquired HIV at birth or as young children and those who acquired the virus before the availability of effective treatment in the mid-1990s.
In commemoration of the National HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day 2025, the National AIDS Memorial, in partnership with the San Francisco Queer Film Festival, premiered "Surviving Voices: HIV Lifetime & Long-Term Survivors.”
