3rd in the classical Pilates series, the rollover focuses on using your abs to curve, release and articulate spine on the roll over AND on the way back down.
It's a challenge for sure, so try keeping the move smaller or adding props to support you as you build the strength and control for the full version.
The full rollover is not appropriate for those of us with osteoporosis. If you have bone loss please stick with the first modification. I demonstrate it first after the full version 😀
