We fired up the Traeger smoker and cooked a full brisket low and slow — and this might honestly be my best brisket cook yet. Great bark, tender slices, and plenty of juice when we cut into it. Even better, we got to enjoy it with good company and a couple cold drinks.
We set this up on my Traeger Woodridge using some Meat Church Rub.
