SaunaSpace FireLight SuperSauna [UNBOXING]

The SaunaSpace FireLight isn’t just another home sauna — it’s a portable tipi-style setup that doubles as a full Faraday cage. In this video I unbox the kit, piece together the frame in our family room, and show how the shielding fabric with its silver weave blocks EMFs while the incandescent bulbs deliver the heat.

The tent goes up with a series of short and long poles, connectors, and clamps that form the frame. Once that skeleton is in place, the grounding mat and cover panels attach to complete the enclosure. Inside, a simple stool provides seating, and a curtain closes the entrance so the heat stays in.

At the heart of the FireLight are four incandescent bulbs housed in a grounded cage. They emit a broad spectrum of natural light minus UV, and can be switched on individually to control the intensity. Every piece — from the unfinished wood frame to the grounded bamboo mat — is designed to avoid off-gassing and reduce electrical noise, keeping the space as clean as possible.

The build takes two sets of hands the first time, but once the covers and grounding cables are in place, you’re left with a dedicated space that heats quickly and feels very different from conventional saunas.
