In this video I have shown how to make American Buttercream Recipe which is the most requested one from our viewers.
This cream is made using simple ingredients and without adding any shortening or animal fats. If the recipe is made exactly with the same measurements that I described am promising that you will get a fantastic Buttercream with a silky smoothy texture.
This cream is used to frost all types of cakes and also for fondant ones. Stays firm for longer time than usual.
Here, I have frosted the Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake that we made in the previous video using this Buttercream. The combination of the both was just awesome.
