香港紅十字會境外人道工作志願服務組成員嚟自唔同專業領域，當中包括醫生、護士、物理治療師、公共衛生人員同心理支援人員等。

What are the volunteers in Red Cross vests doing? To get ready for overseas humanitarian missions, they are going through the Health Emergency Response Unit (HERU) Induction Training to learn how to set up a primary healthcare facility in times of emergency.

Hong Kong Red Cross Overseas Humanitarian Volunteer Service Unit is comprised of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, public health specialists and psychosocial support specialists, etc.
