Makes 9 squares in an 9x9 baking pan
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
2 tbsp oil*
3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cups dark brown sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups rolled oats 100g
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
350F for 40-50 minutes
