Took my Dad Fishing! Monchong and Swordfish Catch/Clean/Cook (Jamaican Mike Style)

In this episode we head out swordfishing on the "Broad Minded". First drop we catch a Pomfret, which is known as "Monchong" in the Pacific. The swordfish turn on after that and we catch 4, keeping one for dinner and tagging and releasing 3. Back at the dock when I fillet the monchong we notice is has a number of worms in the meat! The swordfish had worms in the meat as well! I have seen this before and I knew it wouldn't stop Jamaican Mike from cooking up a delicious meal! Enjoy!
