Banyak orang hanya fokus pada latihan perut, ingin perut rata dan berbentuk, pinggang kecil, otot perut kuat. Namun sebenarnya menguatkan pinggul tidak kalah penting. Perut dan pinggul adalah 2 bagian penting dari kesatuan core muscle (atau dalam Pilates disebut Powerhouse) yang membentuk postur. Sesi ini adalah latihan untuk perut dan pinggul, dimana sepanjang sesi kita akan mengaktifkan otot perut sambil menggerakkan pinggul. Beberapa gerakan juga akan membuat kita membuka / memanjangkan otot pinggul.
