【蘆筍炒龍蝦球 Sauteed Lobster w/ Asparagus】 4人份量 For 4 persons
龍蝦 Lobster 2隻(約1斤/隻)/(~1 catty each)
蘆筍 Asparagus 5-6條/
薑 Ginger 少量/some
蒜 Garlic 少量/some
乾蔥頭 Shallot 少量/some
鹽 Salt 約半茶匙/tsp.
糖 Sugar 約半茶匙/tsp.
生粉 Corn Starch 1湯匙/tbsp.
蛋白 Egg White 1隻/
酒 Rice Wine 適量/some
【龍蝦刺身 Lobster Sashimi】 4人份量 For 4 persons
新鮮龍蝦 Lobster 2隻(約1斤/隻)/(~1 catty each)
冰水 Ice Water 1盤/bowl
紫蘇葉 Perilla 5-6片/pieces
蘿蔔蓉 Mashed Daikon 適量/some
魚生醬油 Shoyu 適量/some
芥末 Wasabi 適量/some
