HI GUYS!!!
Today’s video my mom and I were craving Vietnamese Hủ Tiếu so we are sharing how we make it. This dish is typically eaten with liver hence the name “Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang” but we forgot it lol oops.. we also forgot fresh ground pork but we improvised and used the crumbs of pork roast that my mom sliced and minced it up to add into the soup. Hủ Tiếu is one of my favorite noodle soups it is consisted of a pork bone broth with added seafood of your choice; shrimp, fish cake, squid, etc..
HỦ TIẾU RECIPE;
2 tbs Fish Sauce
4 tbs Sea Salt
6 tbs Cane Sugar
5 tbs Dried Pork Broth
2 tbs MSG
2 tbs (heaping) Hủ Tiếu Soup Base
So, in the video I forgot to show where we added a couple more tablespoons of salt and sugar towards the end. But again, this is how my family is used to eating you don’t have to season exactly the way I did. Adjust to your liking 😊
