Welcome back to my third pregnancy video at 18 weeks pregnant that details how I’m modifying my workouts and lifestyle to stay healthy for pregnancy! Prior to pregnancy, I was a competitive powerlifter of 7 years and I am extremely passionate about finding ways to move my body and stay healthy in all phases of life…especially this most important phase of preparing for birth!
In today’s video, I overlay a full week of workouts from 17 weeks and 3 days pregnant to 18 weeks pregnant (5 consecutive training days due to Thanksgiving)! As I overlay the training footage, I discuss nutrition, along with some other health habits that I am prioritizing during pregnancy. I have a pregnancy playlist on my channel if you are curious about more of the training shifts I have had to make so far.
In next week’s video, I will show an in-depth workout breakdown of a full upper body, core, and pelvic floor focused workout that is modified for pregnancy.
