Grenfell building contractor swapped materials used on Tower - without telling anyone else. Some of the material used was "unbranded".
Site manager David Hughes also admitted to the Inquiry he didn't know all fire regulations for a high-rise block. 72 people died in the fire. "Scratched cladding" was also a performance concern 2 yeas before fire. Rags Martel was listening to the Inquiry evidence.
