Finding Ease Daily Practice

This short 2-minute practice is most effective when done twice daily. This practice and the theory behind it is one I learned from a brilliant Alexander teacher named Mio Morales. Mio calls this particular practice "TheCycle." Try it for at least a week and you'll start noticing there's a little more ease in your system generally. I hope you'll then keep doing it daily well past the one week as the level of general ease of your system will continue to improve more each week.
As Mio would say, "You plant the seed, you water the seed daily and a week later the seed grows." You'll likely notice a change in your freedom of movement and comfort. You may sense this as a change in your energy and the lightness of your movement. Sometimes it's so quick and overall that it can feel like nothing, only less - less stress, less discomfort, and less interference with your innate abilities.
