舒芙蕾!!用平底鍋和攪拌棒就可以完成
Shuffle! You can use a frying pan and a whisk to make it.
舒芙蕾
材料
A.蛋黃 2顆
糖 10公克
牛奶 15ml
沙拉油 2茶匙
低筋麵粉 30公克
B.蛋白 2顆
糖 20公克
作法
[打蛋黃麵糊]
1. 量杯中放入蛋黃加糖,以調理棒的打蛋器攪拌頭拌打,至蛋黃泛白。
2. 加入牛奶、沙拉油與低筋麵粉持續拌打均勻成蛋黃麵糊備用。
[打蛋白霜]
3. 另取一盆,放入蛋白,以調理棒的打蛋器攪拌頭拌打,至有綿密的細泡。
4. 慢慢加入糖,持續拌打至蛋白膨脹,提起打蛋器蛋白會呈現三角形但不會滴下。(
[混合麵糊]
5. 將蛋黃麵糊倒入蛋白霜中,輕輕拌勻。
6. 混合好的麵糊放入擠花袋中。
[煎舒芙蕾]
7. 熱鍋後轉小火,擠入適量大小的麵糊,蓋上蓋子以小火燜煎至麵糊略凝固。
8. 再擠一些麵糊,蓋上蓋子繼續燜煎至底部上色,且麵糊凝固後翻面。
9. 再燜煎約2分鐘舒芙蕾就完成囉。(第一面約3分鐘,第二面約2分鐘)
[夾餡淋醬]
10. 用兩片舒芙蕾夾入內餡,可鹹可甜,還可以淋上醬汁更香濃!

Sugar 10g
Milk 15ml
Salad oil 2 tsp
Cake flour 30g
B. Egg white x2
Sugar 20g
Directions
[Beat the egg yolk batter]
Put the egg yolk and sugar in a measuring cup and mix with a whisk until the egg yolk turns white.
Add milk, salad oil, and cake flour and continue to mix until the egg yolk batter is smooth. Set aside.
[Beat the egg white frosting]
3. Take another bowl, add egg white, and beat with a whisk until it forms a dense and fine foam.
Slowly add sugar and continue to beat until the egg white expands. When you lift the whisk, the egg white will form a triangle but will not drop.
[Mix the batter]
5. Pour the egg yolk batter into the egg white frosting and mix gently.
Put the mixed batter into a pastry bag.
[Fry the shuffle]
7. Heat the pan and turn to low heat. Squeeze an appropriate amount of batter into the pan, cover it with a lid, and simmer until the batter solidifies slightly.
Squeeze more batter, cover with a lid, and continue to simmer until the bottom is browned and the batter solidifies. Flip it over.
Simmer for about 2 minutes until the shuffle is done. (Approximately 3 minutes for the first side, and 2 minutes for the second side.)
[Stuffing and sauce]
10. Use two shuffles to sandwich the filling, which can be salty or sweet. You can also drizzle with sauce for a richer taste!
打發鮮奶油
材料
鮮奶油 500ml
作法
1. 鮮奶油放入量杯中,以調理棒的打蛋器攪拌頭拌打,至鮮奶油綿密蓬鬆即可。

Whipping cream 500ml
Directions
Put the whipping cream into a measuring cup and mix with a whisk until the whipping cream becomes dense and fluffy.
芒果泥
材料
芒果果肉 2顆
作法
1. 芒果肉放入量杯中,以調理棒的打蛋器攪拌頭拌打,至變成果泥狀即可。

Directions
Put the mango pulp into a measuring cup and mix with a whisk until it becomes a puree.
漢堡排
材料
牛肉 600公克
洋蔥 100公克
黑胡椒粉 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
雞蛋 1顆
作法
1. 多功能杯碗中放入牛肉、洋蔥、鹽、黑胡椒、雞蛋。
2. 以高速拌打至肉餡細緻黏稠。
3. 將肉鮮分為每個100公克的肉餅,煎至熟透即可。
Hamburger patty
Ingredients
Beef 600g
Onion 100g
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg x1
Directions
Put the beef, onion, salt, black pepper, and egg into a food processor bowl.
Mix on high speed until the meat filling becomes fine and sticky.
Divide the meat mixture into 100g patties and fry until cooked through.
