Delicious 4 smoothies
Smoothies are loaded with fruits & Vegetables, they are great option for increasing your produce consumption & great for health.
Celery not only super healthy and nutrient -rich but also very delicious use any vegges & fruits to create your own power drink.
They can be a convenient way to boost your intake of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and can also improve digestion, increase energy levels, and help with hydration
(1) GREEN’S & PINEAPPLE
-1/2 English cucumber cut
-2 round slices of pineapple cut
-Handful of Baby spinach
-1 stalk celery ribs cut
-4 homemade ice cubes
-1 tbsp Honey Organic (optional)
Combine in a blender Ice cubes
Cucumber, Baby spinach, stalk Celery stalk,honey (optional)
-Very little chilled water
-Blend until smooth and enjoy!

(2) BERRY MIX & BANANA
-1/2 Banana
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 cup mixed berry (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries more)
-1 Scoop protein powder (optional)
-Combine Small cubes,Berry mix, almond milk blend all together until smooth.

(3)GREEN’S & FRUITS
Handful Baby Spinach
Handful Blueberries
1/2 Apple cut
1 cup Pineapple cut
1/2 Cucumber cut
1 scoop portion
-4 ice cubes
-Combine in a blender ice cubes, apple, pineapple, blueberries, cucumber, baby spinach, protein powder very little water blend until smooth & Enjoy
(4)GREEN SMOOTHIE
-3 celery ribs
-1/2 green pear
-1/2 cucumbers
-handful baby’s spinach
-1” ginger
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 lime juice
-4 small ice cubes
-Roughly chops all the ingredients add in a blender and blend until smooth
-These Smoothie best enjoy right away
((Note
1)Before using fresh leafy greens, veggies & fruits rinse them under cold running water
Then you can soak them in a solution of one part vinegar to three parts water/1 tsp baking soda for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly under cold water
2)For creamy texture always use avocado or banana
3)For sweetness add ripe banana, apple, pear))
4) Milk fruits don’t mix (add only plant based milk)
The Ayurveda tool book suggests
That mixing fruit & milk is bad for your guts
A ripe sweet mango may be combined with milk. Avocado may be mixed with milk (this is creamy, buttery and a little bit astringent). Dry fruits such as raisins, dates, and figs may be taken with milk. Avoid mixing all berries (including strawberries, orange)with milk.
When we add berries to milk, the milk may not curdle right away – but it will curdle after our initial digestion.
Bananas — even though they are sweet, after they are ingested with milk, the post-digestive effect will be sour, so the two should not be combined.
Generally it is a good idea to take milk and fruit separately.
