This isn't just about burning calories; it's about changing how you feel. Perfect for when you feel stiff from sitting at a desk but still want to feel strong and connected from head to toe.
In this Pilates class, we cover:
» A Full-Body Pilates Flow to release tension and energize
» Deep core activation using breathwork
» Beginner-friendly foundations with Intermediate layering
» Post-class Q&A and Community Chat!
EQUIPMENT: Mat Recommended. I often use optional props (Mini Ball, Resistance Band, or Light Weights) to add challenge, but you can always complete these workouts with just your bodyweight
