In 2024, a tragic wildfire decimated around 30% of the town of Jasper Alberta and more than 96k acres of National Park land. This 50 mile trek known as the Brazeau Lake Loop, skirts the boundary of the fire lines and remains in pristine condition. One of the most scenic hikes you could ever imagine, I did this 3 day adventure, solo, on a flawless first weekend of October 2023.
