This gentle, seated Ease & Flow Chair Yoga class is perfect for the office, home, or anyone navigating temporary or long-term mobility challenges.
In this session, we explore:
✨ Figure 8 movements for the shoulder joints to gently warm the rotator
cuff
✨ Spinal lengthening to ease the lower back
✨ Soft spirals through the hips to bring circulation and fluidity
These movements are designed to keep your joints nourished, mobile, and pain-free — without strain or stress.
