Looking for a quick, easy, and irresistibly rich dessert? Try my Heaven’s Delight, a creamy, no-bake layered dessert that melts in your mouth with every bite.
Ingredients:
2 packets fresh cream (approx. 400g)
1 medium can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 390g)
2–3 ripe bananas (sliced)
3 packets Marie biscuits (half for layering, half for garnishing)
A handful of walnuts (for topping)
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and condensed milk. Beat well until smooth and creamy.
2. Take a glass bowl or dish and spread a thin layer of the cream-condensed milk mixture at the bottom.
3. Add a layer of sliced bananas over it.
4. Sprinkle crushed Marie biscuits as the third layer.
5. Repeat the layers: cream mixture → bananas → crushed biscuits, until the bowl is filled.
6. Finish with a top layer of the cream-condensed milk mixture.
7. Garnish with walnuts and a sprinkle of Marie biscuit powder.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours before serving for the perfect gooey, creamy, and crunchy dessert experience.
